Kristin Paxson has helped Buyers &bSellers for the past 30 years reach their real estate goals of selling or buying a home. Originally from Kansas & a Phoenician for the past 31 years, she managed Residential, Commercial, National Accounts & Business escrows in the title industry for 20 years. With her foundation in the title industry, she obtained her Arizona Real Estate license in 2011 & specialized in homes in the Phoenix/ParadiseValley/Scottsdale Luxury Home Market.

In 2013 she was given the opportunity to manage the Portfolio dept of a local REIT that purchased homes on a national level for long-term leasing. During her time there, she facilitated the purchase of over 1500 homes in less than 9 months, and closed 15 different portfolio accounts in 22 states. Building on her national experience, she transitioned over to Brookfield Global Relocation as a Real Estate Specialist. Her role was to provide insight & expertise to corporate clients such as GM, Mercedes-Benz, Chevron and Conoco-Phiilips to ensure their employees' homes sold at top dollar. Her passion is helping people reach goals for them and their family. On a personal level, she and her boyfriend enjoy life with their 3 dogs, traveling, skiing, scuba-diving and hiking.
