David Kowaleski is a native of Belgium and came to the US in the early 2000’s to obtain a pilot license in both airplanes and helicopters. He have lived in the Phoenix Metro area ever since.

Being from Belgium, he am fluent in Dutch/Flemish, English AND of course Real Estate but also know several more languages, some more fluently than others. he has travelled extensively throughout Europe and Northern Africa and has spent some time in South Africa. He enjoy spending time with his dog, playing golf, and trying out new restaurants in the valley.

He has many years of experience in customer service and love meeting new people everyday. Taking pleasure in helping people find their new home and assisting them during the sales transaction. He has been a Realtor® since 2012 and he specialize in residential home sales in Scottsdale, Phoenix (Arcadia & Arcadia Lite), Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert and the East Valley.
